MC Impulse publications update

A total of 8 papers from MC Impulse members were published at the proceedings of the 14th conference on Information Fusion which was held at Chicago, USA from the 5th until the 8th of July.

Furthermore, 1 more paper was published at the IEEE Workshop on Statistical Signal Processing which was held at Nice, France from the 28th until the 30th of June.
